I also printed our your list as a great daily reminder! As one person is indicating above, be kind to yourself as well. I heard something cute before that fits with that.
Talk to yourself like you would your dog. What a good girl!!! Do you want a treat? You're so chubby and cute! Want to go to the park? I love you!
Be sure to use that sweet voice we all use when talking to animals. Sometimes when I' talking to the squirrels, I think, "Wouldn't it be amazing if we all talked to each other in this sweet tone?" 🙂

Heard of novelist Andre Alexix who authored, Fifteen dogs? Well two gods wagered whether if they were given consciousness will they be happy? One said to the other if you cud show me even ONE dog happy afterwards, I'll be your slave.
Now you know the answer.
i guess we only have moments of happyness, which ironically seem to appear only when we have gone through much non-happyness.
But I'll still take consciousness,,,the alternative, dog-like happy, can only be had without Human Conscious Beingness.
Made me smile…and I sure needed to smile right now…thanks!
