exercises or physical therapy for chiari and syrinx diagnosis

I have been diagnosed with chiari and syringomyelia. I'm wondering if there are exercises or physical therapy that would help with the symptoms?

@nana06 I was diagnosed with both. Had decompression surgery. I was told that for exercise the best exercise for me was walking. I do get exercise when doing yard work and housework, but I fatigue easily. So I need to pace myself when doing that. I also get a full body massage monthly which helps me as well.

It is best to ask your doctor, who is monitoring you, what type of exercise and physical therapy would be OK for you to do. As you probably have found out, no two people who have been diagnosed with Chiari and/or Syringomyelia, have the same symptoms and issues. What may work for one may not work for another.
