I read massseges from you
I accepted my problem as you mentioned and say
I felt very little recovery
But it is still very difficult for me when talk to others or going somewhere
Can you explain more what to do?
I want more details so I can break it

THANKS FOR LISTENING. FIRST THING I HAVE TO SAY IS ONCE YOU DISCOVER THE WAY TO RECPVER FROM PHYSICAL ANXIETY SYMPTOMS IT IS EASY TO FALL INTO OLD HABITS. I WILL GIVE EXAMPLES OF COMMON MISTAKES:
TRYING TO USE ACCEPTANCE AS SOME SORT OF FIX IT TOOL.
WHEN YOU TRY AND FOCUS AND RESEARCH HARD IN ORDER TO RID YOURSELF OF SYMTPOM THAT IS RESISTANCE WHICH AS IVE SAID WILL MAKE IT COME BACK MORE AND MORE.
ANXIETY RECOVERY/ACCEPTANCE IS SO GENTLE, ITS LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN TO ALL SENSATIONS OR FEELINGS AND NOT FOCUSING ON WHETHER YOU HAVE A LOT OF OR NO SYMTPTOMS THAT DAY JUST FOCUS ON MASTERING INACTIVITY WHEN IT COMES TO ANXIETY RECOVERY. DO NOTHING SIMPLY PUT. THAT IS ONE OF THE SIMPLEST WAYS I CAN PUT IT. AS YOU JUST SAID "SO I CAN BREAK IT", I KNOW WHEN THE SYMPTOMS ARE RUINING YOUR EVERYDAY YOU CANT HELP BUT FIGHT AND FOCUS ON GETTING BETTER ALL DAY. BUT AS PAUL DAVID SAYS IN HIS BOOK, YOU WILL NEVER GET BETER UNTIL YOU STOP GETTING BETTER. FOR ME PERSONALLY WHEN I FIRST GOT SYMPTOM I WENT FOUR MONTHS WITH IT AND THEN IT G0T SHOCKINGLY BETTER AND IDK WHAT DID THAT (NOW FYI IT OFC CAME BACK MANY TIMES AND STAYED FOR LONGER) ANYWAYS, IT WAS BECAUSE I HAD EXAMS AND I GOT BUSY WITH LIFE AND JUST SAID TO MYSELF I CANT FIX THIS SENSATION SO IF ITS THERE ITS THERE AND HAD NO EXPECTATIONS OR FOCUS ON RIDDING NOTICING IT, AND IT WORKED, DARE EXPLAINS IT BEST IMO, EVERYOTHERS CAN KINDA FALL INTO THIS DOING TRAP OF TRYING TO SAY OH I ACCEOT I ACCEPT OH NOW IS IT GONE? SO TO REITERATE, YOU ARE TRYING SO HARD AND IF YOU GET BUSY WITH YOUR LIFE AS UNCOMFORTABLE AS THAT MAY BE, IF YOU ARENT AFRAID OF IT OR TRYING TO FIX IT, IT WILL REDUCE OVER TIME NOT INSTANTANEOUSLY, AND YOU COULD ALSO BE IN SOME BAD HABITS STILL OF TRYING TO FIX IT OR USING WHAT IM SAYING AS A TOOL TO STOP NOTICING. RECOEVRY IS NOT A PLACE, IF MY BREATHING SYMPTOM CAME BACK ALL DAY TOMORROW I WOULDNT LIKE IT IT WOULD BE UNCOMFORTABLE, BUT GUESS WHAT, ID EAT MY BREAKFAST GO TO THE GYM SPEAK TO MY FRIENDS GO TO WORK GET THE BUS HOME AND I WONT RESIST AGAINST NOTICING IT OR TRY TO IMPROVE IT IT CAN DO ITS WORST BECAUSEEEEEEEEEE RECOVERY IS BEING FREE FROM ANXIETY NOT OF IT, DONT LET IT DICTATE YOU(FINAL POINT I HOPE YOU FULLY BELIEVE ITS FALSE FEELING AND NOT SOMETHING MEDICAL BECAUSE FIRST STEP IS TO STOP FEARING IT AT ALL)
