Pancreatitis reoccurring to the point of hospitalization

I have been in the hospital for 5 days with pancreatitis. They have me on a liquid diet for 5 days and the pain is almost gone. My question is any diet suggestions for when I go home. I have been dehydrated 5 times this year from dehydration from bowel dumping. Open for any suggestions. I am a 2 year survivor and not feeling well thank you
