Welcome @maryeve, I think @mtran88788 @naomid @baguette and @vgkime have posted in other discussions about the Maradyne LIV and may have some information to share with you.

I will tell you that on YouTube you can find Clinton Rubin discussing the Marodyne LIV that he has worked on to develop. And this spring Margaret Martin PT put out an announcement the Marodyne has been shown to be effective. It was a big deal. I have just recently ordered it. It is $3200 dollars, but joining Margaret Martin’ s free site of wonderful exercise information you can get $250 dollars off . Margaret is on YouTube too if you want to get a flavor for her stuff. She has books and every month does a video stream targeting a different particular theme related to osteoporosis-ie. weight bearing exercises, pelvic floor exercises . It takes generally between 4-6 weeks to get the Marodyne once it’s ordered. To get the best results it’s recommended you use it for 10 minutes 2x/ day. You won’t see immediate results , it’s more over a year to year and a half expectation. You can use it while watching TV, making phone calls etc. I’m excited to get it and can keep you posted. I am on vacation so don’t have all my information with me . I can share ordering info when I get home if you’d like. Good luck to all trying to increase the health of your bones!!!
