I would suggest celiacs, and some sort of a later onset of some sort of allergy or immune reaction to something in your diet, possibly gluten, wheat, maybe lactose/milk, but something has shifted, mine happened at 67 years of age, right after a surgey for a hiatus, nissen fundo, then a spigelian hernia, no idea what happened, but it all did, and that got missed, till I got the blood test, and changed my diet all the way around 180 degrees and got much better.
