Post COVID: Anyone experiencing internal vibrations?
I have had long covid for over two years and a symptom began sporadically during the initial seven weeks that has worsened since a second covid experience. It began as a “flutter” in my chest upon waking, lasting 5 seconds or so. It is not painful just a new sensation I have never experienced. After getting covid again in February 2022, the internal vibrations have become full body and go on for forty seconds. It is always upon waking or falling asleep temporarily during meditation and waking again. Long Covid retired me from my profession and I am not under any stress. I had a recent cardiac incident (also due to long Covid) and wore a Holter monitor. I triggered it whilst having an IV incident: definitely not cardiac induced. Has anyone else experienced IV like this?

Intertesting that you mention the stress factor, I also notice that the tremors become noticeable when I get excited which is probably similar to stress factor?
I’m so glad I found these stories. For 2 years, I thought I was the only one with these symptoms. It was severe body tremors, vibrations, brain fog, and fatigue. At night, it felt as if my body was a washing machine tumbling and shaking. It would wake me up during the night. It would cause more issues because of my lack of sleep. I went to 5 doctors and no one can figure it out. After MRI, CT scans, blood work, EEGs, and EMGs, everything looked normal. No one can pin point why I was tremoring from within. The tremors have only gotten worse. My question: what diet have y’all been on? Did y’all remove caffeine from your diet? And gluten? What have y’all done to try to help the tremors? If any of you want to add me on Instagram to talk further, my handle is @joaopiresnj
I am resonating with you, 26 months dealing all of the bizarre symptoms.
Tons of weird symptoms. Internal tremors, severe buzzing in ears, zaps of pain like shocks. Mixed GI symptoms. Short intense painful bouts of neuralgic pain in variable spots all over body. Bouts of throat mucous, blurred vision, trouble walking straight at times, dizziness sporadically, headaches (never before), severe insomnia regardless of being tired or rested, all of these are sporadic and unpredictable. Started after second vax after having severe reaction to first vax. Financially taxing. government should pay for most of this.
16 mths with Long Covid. The last couple of mths I haven’t had internal vibrations. Well, they have returned.
Dealing with Long Covid is a battle.
Fur the past 5 months I've been experiencing tremors, vibrations, and pulsating feeling in my legs. Thus happens mainly during the night. My BP spikes due to this or because internally I panic, unknownst to myself. The highest was 220/122. Went to emergency hospital dept. They diagnosed stress/anxiety.
This happened lots of times.
I've had mri's, CT's, bloods done, all clear.
Dr's started to say it psychological! I know it's not.
Through my research I've found forums such as these. Lots of these I could have written myself, as they describe what I'm feeling and going through.
I'm presently taking Propranolol 40mg twice a day, to control tremors and BP.
This is helping, somewhat but, not the solution IMO.
can anybody tell me what meds you take and is there something other that helps with these symptoms.
PLEASE, PLEASE
Could you please tell me what medications you took to feel better. Thank you.
Internal vibrations, tremors and muscle jerks mostly at night. Stress triggers tremors.
