Thank you for your comments. I have found that "pink noise" helps neultizes the feeling so I can at lease go to sleep.
I too had covid approx. 17 months ago.. had days with terrible fatigue for a year,
recently (past 3 months) I have a buzzing sound in my ears(head), wasn't sure if it is related to covid on not. Don't notice it in the day unless I am in total quiet.
I am in my 60's .
I had the J&J vaccine 6 mos. before I had Covid.
I have buzzing in my ears since I had covid but I also get ringing sounds too. It’s apparently tinnitus and I did have this before covid but it’s more constant now, I even wake up with it and it’s hard to get back to sleep with all the noises in my head. I researched it for more info and it seems that there’s no cure however they are experimenting with white noise and other sounds that might help, I had a little help from running water but it only works in the kitchen lol I spent more time standing in the kitchen with the water running and missed a lot of television, perhaps I should put the tv in the kitchen. I’m sorry I don’t have more information about it but hopefully it will decrease in time.
The noise in my head is like a swathing or swooshing noise it's weird, it's probably my brain dieing ,my gut is throbbing my eyes have dryness and pressure I feal like I've aged 10 years, I've lost weight ,I'm depressed I can't believe what has happened to this country in the last 3 years.
My symptoms so similar, though my head noise I describe as a rumbling vibration. Going on 14 months with a new infection in month 11 of my first of March, 2022.
Been to all the docs, months of physical therapy and then I just extricated myself from all of it as it was making me feel sicker. Looking at it as chronic and need to live with it. Good luck to you.
