Hi Doctor,
First of all, thank you for your reply and suggestions. I have just shifted from India to China. Yes, I am alone here and will be living quite a significant amount of time here. Strangely the bleeding that started yesterday was just enough to soak only a single pad and today it has disappeared. So, I am thinking about what is going on. I am really concerned about it and thinking of visiting a doctor here. Thank you so much for your understanding and empathy.

Just to clear things up, I am not a Doctor but thanks for the upgrade😉. I understand that most people in China are covered by a public health insurance system. Not being sure what your financial circumstances are or if you are employed, you will probably have to pay.
That is a big change in countries for you and please don’t think about it…just do it. Don’t wait until it is an emergency.
