You could take Reclast or Prolia. Amgen makes both Evenity and Prolia and their website says to follow Evenity with Prolia.

My doc won't prescribe Prolia because when you stop, there is a rebound and increased risk of fracture- unless you go on Reclast or another bisphosphonate.

My doc told me Reclast stays in your system for a long time so it can "lock in" gains and I might be able to take a med break. Prolia doesn't last as long- which can be good (if your body doesn't like the med) or less good (if you stop)>
