I too experienced condtopstion due to tskingbopiods. I don’t face any physical problems when constipated fortunately. But I do take 1-3 tsp physllium husks mixed with water and that overrides the constipation effect. For me Problem Solved! Good luck to you.

I have tried psyllium husks before and will use it again after surgery. In fact I am awaiting hand surgery now so that was a good reminder. But when I take opioids for my back pain I cannot control my bowels and must wear pads. No fun at all!
