Body vibrations when falling asleep or waking?

I started having pleasant leg vibrations when I started practicing and teaching yoga. They only happened when I would lie down at night or rest during the day. A couple of years ago during Covid they stopped.
I recently started going for fasciae manipulation for my leg knee and hip problems and the pleasant vibrations started again. I don’t think it’s anything related to compressed nerves etc. but also not sure what it is

My internal vibrations happen only AFTER I been asleep. I can lie on bed and watch TV for 4 hours and nothing. I can go to sleep and 3-6 hours they'll wake me up. I've got pinched nerves in my neck and back but I've had those since 2000. I think the vibrations would have presented itself before 19 years.
