I have asthma and emphysema. My pulmonologist had me on an albuterol nebulizer which had helped. When I told him about the abundance of mucus he added Hyper Sal which is a saline solution to the nebulizer. Has significantly helped bring up the mucus.

I agree. The saline really helps bring up mucus. I'd ask for it. It was a game changer for me.

I’ve been using Salbutamol, it temporarily helps, but if my lungs are inflammed , it won’t help it

I got me an Aerobika (Flutter Device) it has been the best thing to help get the mucus up and out when I am having trouble doing it. You could watch some videos on You Tube to learn more or maybe just Google it. It is the best device I have gotten to help me with this.
