I'm finding that these gastrointestinal issues are very common with long COVID. Like you, my issue is all gastrointestinal, which leads to other problems. I'm still going to doctors, with no results yet. I have even tried Kefir cultured milk (yuck), and sea moss gel from St. Lucia (double yuck) with no improvement. My doctor has now prescribed a stool softener and Dicyclomine. Still always sick to my stomach, no appetite, brain/gut disconnect, weight loss, etc. With all this going on, my husband and I leave tomorrow for an Alaskan cruise.
