I just received an interesting book called Holy Moments. It described all of us either receive or give Holy Moments all day long. Did you smile at somone today? That was a Holy Moment. Did you write a comment to help someone today? That was a Holy Moment. How about that little old lady who lives on your stret who has so much trouble getting to her mail box to collect her mail. Did you maybe help her with this problem. You guessed it, another Holy Moment. Just think how many of these moments you have created. I bet you could count a 100 just for your children and their friends. Resentment and lack of forgiveness rides on the back of the one who carries these problems. Learn the art of Holy Moments and your life will be full, and healed.
