Liver Enzymes high while on anastrozole: Anyone else?

Hello, I have been taking Anastrozole for 6 months to shrink the tumors (bilateral). I had blood work done 6 months ago and again this week during my physical. My liver enzymes (ALT and AST) were up significantly. AST 48 and ALT 53. Has anyone else noticed this? Any concerns about it? Thank you.

Mine went up considerably while on anastrazole. My PCP kept order hep c tests and they kept coming in negative. After anastrazole they went down some but the next medication has just sent them up again.
Have you contacted your doctor about this concern?

Yes, thank you. Haven't heard back yet. Were your numbers similar to mine? They went up about 10 points in 6 months.

Yes, and they stayed there much to the consternation of my PCP.

Yes, thank you. I heard from my doctor today that she thinks we should try a statin (cholesterol 268).

Just to add some perspective. After 1 month on Ribociclib my numbers for those 2 tests were 800+ and 1100+.
