Last May, I started having episodes of a drunk stagger with pressure rising and lowering in my head. I too, have seen all the doctors & $40,000+ in medical billing with zero diagnosis. They have ruled out my ears, so no vertigo, bppv, etc. also ruled out vestibular migraines. I don't always stagger, but feel almost motion sick like. No nausea or vomiting. I was diagnosed with a high jugular bulb and also bone missing from my sigmoid sinus. These do not have anything to do with my episodes either. Nobody seems to know.
