Update: I saw another neurotologist who told me that there is nothing to worry about with a high riding jugular bulb. My symptoms are unrelated.

Did this ever resolve for you? I have the same thing- my balance is terrible, ear pressure, tinnitus, and high riding jugular bulb. I was also told this was an incidental finding. Anatomy-wise, it makes sense this would cause issues with balance when it’s pushing into the vestibular system.
