I have similar hearing aids (different brand). I have had several adjustments with my audiologist as it is trial and error to get the right level of masking sound. They can increase the masking sound level and then you can adjust on your app. I have tried pink and brown noise. It takes time and persistence to find what works for you. My hearing loss is primarily in my right ear. I could not hear the masking sound in the right ear so had adjusted louder than left ear. Don’t give up.
