Lost my ability to sleep and other serious issues

Hi, I have had fibromyalgia for over 30 years now, and since I had most of my colon removed(not my choice), I now have also lost the ability to sleep, but the hypothyroidism that occurred from the surgery, is probably part of the culprit. I started gabapentin and it was up to 1,800 mg before I switched to pregabalin, which is basically the generic for lyrica. I started having these internal vibrations a few weeks ago, and it’s awful. It takes so much effort to do anything. Even typing is really hard now. I’m getting scared which probably doesn’t help. With no insurance, I work my health on a shoestring. I recently also started taking fluoxetine. I have no idea if they’re connected. I hope someone can give me some guidance. Thanks for all your help in advance.

Hi
Have you ever tried Melatonin? I have nocturnal seizures so it's very important that I don't become sleep deprived. I started to take 10 mg of Melatonin about an hour before I go to bed and it works a treat. It's a natural hormone so it's quite safe to take. I think most countries sell it over the counter - I have to buy mine on line as you need a script in Australia to buy it I think if everyone used it sleeping tablets would become redundent and the drug companies wouldn't like that.
