So sorry to read this. It must be overwhelming. Doing a google search. I came up with "Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva." Have any of your doctors mentioned it? I am not a medical person at all but just trying to help and wish you all the best.

Thanks, I had not come across this illness in any of the web searches I've done. It's an interesting notion, but after reading some information on it just now, I'm not sure it fits my situation. But I really appreciate the effort and your looking "outside of the ordinary".
