I ate lots of tuna and swordfish in the past, now I limit it. Same goes with mussels. Like you nodjabnoj after several years of dormancy I started getting the beginning of a GD outbreak a few months ago and began blending up cilantro again a few times a week on and off for a month. It calmed but I still have a few minor areas so have resumed cilantro about every other day. Insidious yes and let's hope for us the suffering years are behind us.

Fortunately, my outbreak is limited to a small area on my torso. I'm doing the Cilantro oil, have been for a while. It seems. to work. I do it every day, a stronger dose than prescribed. Hope your gardening is going well.
