Are you taking Reclast for osteoporosis?

Lucky you! I have had Tymlos, Evenity and now Reclast. The first one gave me a large kidney stone, the 2nd one gave no improvement- in fact my Dexa worsened! And Reclast has given me terrible leg muscle pains.

I have always suffered with leg cramps, but it happens if I wear a different shoe, or do to much during the day. I use Theraworks and it has helped me. I massage it into my legs and I do get relief and hardly suffer now. Cheers, Judy
