I have the same question, should an 88-year-old male in good condition now (he just got out of the hospital, due to hard breathing) have stints put in? He has been on meds for high blood pressure and chest pain management. He is afraid of having the surgery and has to make a decision within 1 week (May 3 is his surgery date) With all the things going on he is in good spirits but still nervous about having this surgery. HELP!!!
