Intestinal permeability can occur as a result of some gut diseases, but the leaky gut they're selling is not that.

@notmoff leaky gut is real, but it is diagnosed by your doctor or specialist. You can’t assume you have a condition just because a TV “doctor” or “specialist” says you have it - without an exam, at that. Most of these commercials are cash grabs. Only your own doctor can make the correct diagnosis and recommend the correct treatment.

Maybe Metamucil might help. A nurse once told me "All of stomach Dr patients that take Metamucil never have issues"
