I had a kidney stone a few years ago so my doctor told me to only take one calcium pill a day and I take calcium citrate from Sam's Club. Cheers, Judy

I also have lots of back pain. I was diagnosed with early acquired degenerative disk disease at age 32. I have just gotten used to living with it because I'm scared of surgery. I've heard too many stories of people having to go back for more. I did a lot of reading this morning and there was a lot of good information on one of these pages for Boron for Osteo Arthritis and joint pain, so I went online and did some research about it and it is not expensive so I thought I would try it.
