I am 74 and I am low energy in the afternoon also and I was never this tired 👍. The low energy hits me between 1 pm and 2pm. I don’t like it I am an active person.

There’s a difference between just feeling a little tired or having low energy and fatigue (which you did not mention). I agree with Funcountess-if you just have low energy, enjoy a little snooze. If you ever feel that it’s difficult to push through your daily life and are fatigued, consult with your doctor.

Also, sometimes we just need water for a pick me up.

Best wishes, Cindy

I'm a 71 yr. old woman and find that pretty much after 2 pm I'm done with anything that requires a lot of energy or strength. Yesterday, at the botanic gardens we walked around and left at 2pm both my husband and myself just felt we had enough. I'm not happy with it but it's just the way it is for us. So I have to plan to do big jobs in the morning and taper off as the day goes by. Leaving going out to eat, visiting with friends, paper work, light shopping etc for later in the day. So far it's worked for me ...good luck !

Boy, I can relate. I take an hour nap and then go for a walk. Fatigue is one of my biggest issues. Like you, I have always been active and high energy and don’t like this one bit!
