Are you taking Reclast for osteoporosis?

I had a Reclast infusion about 8 years ago with no reaction. Then I moved and my new doctor said that my osteopenia had not progressed. She told me to take at least 2K units of Vitamin D and calcium daily, and to keep walking and hiking. It has been 7 years since I have needed another infusion. This year she told me that there was a small change and that I could get another infusion and that it was up to me. I asked her what she would do because she knows more about this than I do, and she told me that she wouldn't do it! She would just keep doing what I have been doing for now.

Thanks for the info. How much calcium do you take a day?

Lucky you! I have had Tymlos, Evenity and now Reclast. The first one gave me a large kidney stone, the 2nd one gave no improvement- in fact my Dexa worsened! And Reclast has given me terrible leg muscle pains.
