How many ounces of water did you drink each day? Also how much extra calcium and D?
Docs have told me I should take it.

I spread the water over the day & night but I probably drank 6 large beer glasses, so a pint??? I took 700 mg Calcium and 1000 units D, two tums, and also drank milk (normally no dairy for me) and added cheese.
