I have the same pain from Reclast. It has lasted 6 weeks and I am afraid it won't ever subside. I don't like taking pain pills every day. Sometimes they don't even work. The pain does not subside at night. I have osteoarthritis and am used to pain, but not this constant aching and sudden piercing pain. I hope yours subsides!

I am so sorry that you are having pain. I also do not find relief from pills ! The tylenol takes the edge off but I worry about my liver and the doctor has told me to not take advil because it can harm the kidneys. The pain from the osteoarthritis is severe and does limit my mobility. I am just using my exercycle now and have given up walking because the shoulder joint pain is so severe. My heart goes out to all of you who have pain. Let us continue to share any information about what helps to reduce the pain.
Thank you
