Things I'd check. First I'd check cell phone and verify that bluetooth option is turned off so noice is not coming in via that path. Second I'd check if you have hearing aide app on your cell phone that has some option turned on that allows another source of input to hearing aides. Is it possible that you have some extra network connected that you need to disconnect or block?

Hi Don, yes the bluetooth is off. I have the T Coil which some auditoriums, museums and churches have installed but doubt that our apt bldg. has it. I am nowhere near the community room and it is being used by construction workers to store renovation equipment. I would hate to have to lose the T coil. It is difficult hearing speakers.
