@4846 yes I was floxed by Cipro in 2017 which resulted in my small fiber neuropathy and numerous other damages to my body. With the current speed of deterioration I may not be able to walk any distances unless I find something to halt the progression. I have tried all kinds of therapies and remedies with no positive outcome thus far.
Same here. It’s so unfair.
To be so healthy and a drug takes you down to homebound
Can’t drive barely get around the house!!
2014 for me. Age 65. So healthy. Muscles strong!!! Now so weak. So many issues.
No, They use 2 types. the main one is from the placentae of a new born baby, This is given in an IV. Before this they determine the location they need to repair and then they give you shots in that area that act like markers to draw the Iv stem cells to that location.

Are you in any medication for this?
Gabapentin
Citalopram
Clonazepam
Valium
Tramadol
There are numerous others. It will not remove the disease but treats the symptoms so you can have a normal ( SFSN normal) life. Eventually this will not help much and the neurologist will increase doses over and over.
Today you feel better than you will tomorrow. Pretty sad statement but true.
In reply to @frattmaa No I have not used any medication after being floxed by Cipro. I am so scared of the side effects. Having said that I have used stem cell therapy, red light therapy, supplements as part of protocol 525 for extended period of time, lotions, different oils, creams, compression socks, shoes inserts, feet wraps, epsom salt, diet changes, intermittent fasting and so on but to no avail.
I sincerely appreciate your comments and advice

Try THC gummy’s. Get ones for the day time and ones for at night. Trust me on this, the cheaper ones are not worth your time. The ones around $20 are usually really good. Also check out Kratom. Both the gummy’s and Kratom are from the earth. Kratom is amazing for pain. Check it out and see if that for you. Look at the National Kratom site. You will see some negative reports. Often these are big Pharmaceutical companies putting this out. Before doing anything check with your doctor. If you do not have a neurologist that specializes in Neuropathies then you going down the wrong path. A proper neurologist will guide you to getting proper help. Family physicians basically throw medication at the wall and see what sticks. It’s a waste of time and your health will suffer. Please get a Neuropathy Neurologist.
In reply to @frattmfrattmaa Actually I am not from USA and am not sure how to get what you recommended. I have some friends in the States and will definitely approach them to see if they can somehow help me get at least the gummies. Many thanks once again for your support.
Wondering that also. Just was evaluated at a chiropractic office and told I had 50% loss in my feet and wanted to sign me up for a $16,000 one year program to "reverse" it. Had a video with all kinds of convincing testimonials but all the doctors seem to not believe any of these treatments work. I don't have continuous pain and, so far, still reasonably good balance, but I can feel the numbness getting worse and am really worried about the future. Has anyone tried the Bemer for neuropathy. I have one and it seems to have really cut down the the incidence of shooting pains in my hands and feet. The Bemer mat uses Pulsed Electromagnetic waves that they say have been shown to increase blood flow in studies.

Welcome @kjr108, It's always good to do research on expensive treatments when it comes to neuropathy. There are a lot of costly suspect treatments out there with little evidence that they help other than some slick advertising and like you said some convincing testimonials. Unless you know the person providing the testimonial, it's just not enough reason for me to try it. My first red flag is that it's a chiropractic office doing the testing and treating. There is another discussion on PEMF therapy but not specifically for neuropathy:
-- Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/pulsed-electromagnetic-field-therapy/.
Just this office. I'm sure I have it as the feeling in my hands and feet are definitely diminished, but I am planning to now go to a neurologist. But everything on these sites seems to indicate that even if you're diagnosed, they essentially have nothing to offer other than drugs for the pain. Is that true?

Where did you have this procedure done and has it helped you?
Only procedure that has a chance of reversing the condition, Yes it has helped but nerves take time to heal.

There are a couple of good sites where you can learn more about neuropathy:
-- Neuropathy Commons: https://neuropathycommons.org/neuropathy/neuropathy-overview
-- Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy: https://www.foundationforpn.org/.
Have you been diagnosed with neuropathy by a doctor or neurologist or is it just the chiropractors office that diagnosed you?
