How to pack cleaned Nebulizer equipment and Aerobeka while on a trip

Thanks for addressing travel and cleaning My daily regimen is to soak neb cups in warm soapy water, rinse and let dry I do not boil the water. Is this ok? I find tubing hard to dry, tips on cleaning for this?
Also I would like to purchase a portable nebulizer and would appreciate recommendations

I didn’t know what to do about the tubing at first but found out you don’t wash your tubing. After nebulizing, remove the nebulizer cup and let the nebulizer run for a couple of minutes to dry it out if there’s any moisture in it.
I’ve heard to replace tubing anywhere from every month to every six months. NJH says to replace every month.
Many boil our neb cups after soaking in soapy water to sterilize them. Apparently soapy water isn’t enough to kill NTM. It takes 10 minutes of boiling to kill NTM according to Dr. Falkinham.

What brand of Nebulizer do you have?

I have a table top DeVilbiss at home that I bought from the local pharmacy when I first got a nebulizer. For travel, I bought a Pari Trek S without the battery.

I found it's a BIG no no to try to wash tubing. I replace nebulizer and tubing per ordered by Mayo doc. Every 6 months throwing it all out. I wash sometimes in the dishwasher the nebulizer, but mostly let sit for 5 minutes in soap...I had to buy all clear no perfume dish soap for cleaning the amikaycin nebulizer, so I use that. Rinse well and boil for 10 minutes. Many people clean it every day, I do it every other day, every day is I'm sure better. I too use a table top Phillips respironics and bring a hot plate (if not available at motel) and pot for cleaning on days that I will be gone more than a couple. I make sure I open the window when it's boiling as motel rooms aren't that big. Hope this helps you figure out how you'd like to work it out!
