Prostate Cancer with Neuroendocrine involvement found on pathology

Have any of you had Neuroendocrine involvement found on your pathology report after your RARP? If so, what type of treatment did you receive and how soon post op?

I am presently in Japan and will be meeting with my oncologist the day after I return to discuss the treatment plan.
We are at a very early stage and not sure of the actual Neuroendocrine involvement. My chromogranin A is 165. At this point, I’m looking for more information in general.
My most recent PSA was
