I have Raynaud's disease, and I have a lack of circulation to my hands, they are frequently white to the knuckles. I find that the compression gloves are a great help. You can buy them with the open finger tips which allows you to work. The gloves also keep the hands warm, which helps a great deal. The gloves are very inexpensive and you might give them a try.
