Yes , I did my first injection three days ago. I felt "wonky" for a few hours afterward, but it passed by next morning. I am very hopeful!

I have been on Repatha for some time now. It works fast. My cholesterol levels dropped significantly. The only side effect after about one year: hives at the injection site. Discussed with endocrinologist who discussed with Amgen. Now, I make sure to take Reactine (antihistamine, same name in U.S.?) and no more hives. Followup with endocrinologist in June. Also, sometimes pain in thigh when I inject syringe but it doesnt last long.
No other side effects.
