Thank you so much Tracy!

There are many things out there that can be of help for Parkinson's patients, and most of the time I run across them by chance. It seems to me that at such an inexpensive cost, it is a no brainer but to buy them and be hopeful that they will help in some way.

I agree, Barb! My thinking is, it’s not going to hurt me and it will definitely help me in some way, even if it’s just keeping my arms more mobile! However, I do think it is helping me in more ways than just that. I’ve been using them since last fall, and I feel like my mobility is at least the same as it was. And my one arm swing might even be a little better!?! And who knows what impact the vibrations are having on my nervous system/brain. And lastly, I think it’s kind of fun to do:) Please let me know how you do with them! Have a great Easter, Tracy
