Great post, Joe. I appreciate the details about your experience to help others new to stomach cancer. When were first diagnosed? What is your follow up like now? Are followed by Mayo Clinic or locally?

I was first diagnosed in 2020 during an ER visit. It was confirmed by Mayo and had since being under the care of the great doctors and nurses here at Mayo Clinic. I was CT scanned every 3 months until this year which will be switching to every 6 months. My condition is stable, ie. nothing's changed since my surgery in 2021. I am not out of the woods yet but I have full faith in the folks here and I know they will do the best for me and I got to enjoy another day in the warmth of the Phoenix sun. All good.
