Metanx is simply a multivitamin containing all of the B vitamins (B1, B6, B12, etc.) You can get similar products anywhere so don't pay extra for a presciption version.

Learned synthetic Bs do not absorb or heal and cause blood tests to be high since they float in blood. So paying more for a natural B supplement in the correct levels like a neuropathy supplement is safest and more effective.
