Dial it back. I started back on (after a 2 week holiday bc this stuff is nasty, but it works) and clicked two clicks for a week, then three clicks. I am up to 5 clicks. That said, I am looking to switch to Forteo because its been around a lot longer and it can be injected into the thigh. I've also heard less side effects. Only drawback is that it has to be refrigerated and I am doing a lot of travel this year. That said, I'm sure there are TSA approved carriers.
Try dialing it back and restarting. Your body needs to acclimate. Not sure why the docs don't tell us this. Good luck to you.

Hello @aladdin1. I am sorry you have been experiencing back pain following your third shot. I wanted to help you connect with others who have experienced side effects from Tymlos so you will notice I have moved your post here:

I have had back pain occasionally. I find that drinking water is the best remedy. Lots and lots of water.
I’m on my 2nd moth. About 7-9 minutes after I take my shot I start with severe back spasms that go from my lower back to the top of my spine. I get a severe headache as well. This last about 15 minutes. I’ve take 1500 mg of Robaxin 30 minutes before hoping it would help but it doesn’t so I quit taking Robaxin. I just curl up into a ball and try to take deep breaths as I said it only last about 15-20 minutes. If it starts lasting longer 45-60 minutes then I’m going to see if there is something else my doctor can recommend to ease the pain.
Hi
How did you tolerate your first year on Tymlos?
