Excessive belching: What's wrong? What helps?

Saw a surgeon about that but , since you can’t really Belch after that surgery it’s off the table for me . I have way way too much gas built up inside me to jr be able to expel it in the hundreds of burps .
There is no way I can keep it inside my body . My intestines also carry so much gas too .
I’m on a 10 yr journey, as long as my heart ♥️ palps stay at bay I can live w/ this . It’s horrible and very stressful and overwhelming but it’s my life .
I haven’t given up yet .

Get your gallbladder checked. It’s a common symptom of gallbladder problems. Blood tests to check your liver enzymes which are often high if you a gallbladder problem .

Has anyone taken Elavil for excessive belching? If so what were the results?
