I am so glad to hear this is not just ME! I have very salty mouth with grit from oozing from gums. Forms on my teeth and gums and melts of with tongue then it’s burning and ulcers on tongue. The coating that melts off is crunchy like the mm coating but salty and burns. Dentist could not see anything, Dr sent to surgeon but I’ve made appointment to periodontal which will return to him Tuesday with a follow up. He saw nothing also but concerned. Please let me know if you have found anything out!
