Would you share with us info about your lifestyle habits? For ex do you exercise, have you eliminated alcohol, supplements, any other things that you do for your bone health.

Sure, I walk everyday 4-5 miles( I live in South Florida so the weather is good for walking year round) limit my alcohol use to once a week ( glass of wine). I do take a lot of supplements: Of course Calcium and Vitamin D, Collagen, CoQ10, Turmeric, Krill Oil, Probiotic, Boron, Biotin, Magnesium, Vitamin K, Zinc and a Greens Blend Superfood. I try and eat healthy most meals. I just started eating prunes which I found out about the benefits reading posts on this site. I feel everyone's situation is different. We all need to listen to our bodies and have good education and support from others that are going through the same experience.
