@leeosteo yeah everybody has a different take and a study to prove theirs is right. They can skew studies by excluding certain people with other conditions etc or different ethnicity etc. Or maybe some people in study do more exercise than others ir weight lifting who knows. It's just AGGRAVATING ALL THESE DIFFERENTBTAKES ON EVERYTHING NOY JUST K2 OR MK7 OR MK4. MY GUESS WOULD BE U NEED BOTH AND IF YOUR BODY FOR SOME REASON DOESNT CONVERT THEN YOU WILL BE LOW ON ONE AND HOW DO YOU KNOW. YOUR REGUKAR PHYSICIAN ISNT GOING TO TEST ALL THE STUFF IN YOUR BODY. They just say oh the treatment is the same like for hormones and thyroid problem: same drug regardless of thyroid levels levothyroxine stupid and annoying. What's the answer I wish I knew really.
