My Mayo nephrologist took me off of vitamin C. I was surprised therefor, when my husband’s non-Mayo nephrologist didn’t seem to have a problem with it.

I was informed at Mayo not to take Vitamin C, but Vitamin did at 800 IU. Also cut down on oxilate intake, stick to 100 or less (at least try to stick to 100 or less) per day after kidney stones removal.
