Anyone use Bone restore with Vitamin K2?

I recently had a conference call with an endocrinologist ( who specializes in osteoporosis) at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He advised me to include Vitamin K2 in my diet as I have just recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis. The easiest way to incorporate K2 is through supplements. Make sure you get MK7 not MK4.

cookiegirl944. How were you able to arrange a call with a Mayo Clinic endocrinologist? Are you a regular patient of the Mayo Clinic? Or can anyone do this?

Also, why did the Mayo endocrinologist suggest MK7 vs MK4? I read that MK4 is more important. Just curious. It's crazy with different articles stating different things.
