Has anyone found success with CBD who has abdominal pain? I have never tried, but have Crohn’s disease and recent laparoscopy to remove scar tissue. On my way to Mayo in a week to try to get answers for undiagnosed upper right quadrant pain and unresolved thyroid/parathyroid issues. I’ve had no many tests, gastrointestinal and primary care encouraged to go. I’ve had this recurrent pain since 2019 and gallbladder removed but never quite right. I have flare ups with intense pain/acid reflux and weight loss. Been in pain since Nov. and this flare is unrelenting. I had tramadol after surgery for 1week but pain is now all over while I’m trying to recover from surgery still. Tylenol doesn’t cut it. Doctors in Kentucky don’t prescribe pain meds outside surgery. I have not had pain meds previously but the tramadol did lessen my pain so I’m trying to figure out what avenues I can try to function. I was such a vibrant involved person and now I rarely leave home except for Dr appts. Have not found any success in finding a pain clinic that addresses abdominal pain. I don’t know where to find quality medicinal CBD to try. I would appreciate what to try and what companies are reputable. Ive read previous posts that the CBD oil is preferable to many and that made from hemp is not medicinal. Thank you for any direction.

Yes, after first taking 100% CBD oils, tablets and balms (with no results)a friend told me that it needs the THC with it to make it work.
This is added to my daily meds:
Two drops of tincture, 2 CBD/to /1 part THC
2 Tylenol
I also massage 1/1 balm on my feet

I recently have experienced the same thing, wondering if it were my kidneys, appendix or gallstones. Have had massive abdominal surgery 2009. After reading lots of possibilities, I think it could be related to gastric foods, or stress. My pain seems to have gone away on its own in my lower and upper right side for about a month now. As far as CBD, THC both go into blood stream after passing through the liver, unless it is a tincture. Even then the amount not gone directly into your system under tongue, will process through liver. Liver toxicity from many drugs overloads the liver. CBD THC also stays in the body a long time. Once off other drugs go low and slow with even tinctures at any ratio, they will work at small doses if they will work for you at all. Let your body heal naturally, drink water get sun exercise.
