Hello @purollins24, Welcome to Connect. I can imagine that it is pretty frustrating after 3 months. You will notice that we expanded your discussion title a little to better describe your question and help members with experience find the discussion. I did find some information that talks about the problem.

"Recent findings: With a rise in the use of urethroplasty, its impact on sexual function has come into question. For anterior urethroplasties, some degree of erectile dysfunction is common, but this tends to be transient, with most patients having a resolution of any de novo dysfunction by 12 months."

Absolutely! My Urologist and I are very communicative but wondering if other men who have gone through the same surgery are healing in a similar way and what their healing timing is back to normal sexual activity.
