Sleep apps: What's the best app to track sleep?

Good morning indeed Lee! @leefuller1, I have an Apple watch and an iPhone but don't use the sleep app on the watch or phone. I have sleep apnea so primarily depend on the numbers from my ResMed AirMini CPAP app on my phone to tell me how well I slept which for me boils down to the keeping my AHI events to less than 4 per hour. I'm not sure if you have seen this article but thought I would share it while you wait for others to offer up some suggestions.

I also use the ResMed CPAP app. Besides the AHI data, it also records how effective the mask seal is, how many times you stop/remove mask/restart and duration of sleep.

Also have an old Vivofit 2 activity monitor which records sleeps quality based on movement and uploads to a Garmin web app. There are much better fitness tracker devices available now.
