Anyone have lung nodules reported on CT scan prior to any treatments?
Have Gleason 4+4=8 Grade 4 with surgery scheduled April 5th. Bone scan clear, CT scan shows 3 lung nodules / both lobes with largest 5mm and smallest 3mm. No discussion with physician yet as I have cystoscopy scheduled for the 17th of March. I know these are not uncommon overall, but concerned with underlying prostate cancer diagnosis of Gleason 8. Appreciate any feedback/experience from this group.

I had a 1 mm punctate nodule on my lung and a 8 mm lesion on liver. These are both common incidental findings. I had a followup abdominal MRI 5 months after my initial MRI. In between those I had my RALP. The followup MRI showed no change in appearance and no signs of metastasis so all is good. You are correct. The lung nodules are quite common.

1 ReactionNo never have. I should have said that in initial comment.
That's definitely in your favor. Lung nodules can definitely be just an incidental finding as with many other areas. I wish you the best.
